Returns and Exchanges

We hope you are satisfied with every piece of jewelry. If you have any questions, you can apply for a return or exchange according to the following policy:


Return and Exchange Period


Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item.


Applications submitted after 30 days will not be accepted (except in special circumstances).


Return and Exchange Conditions


To ensure a smooth return or exchange, please ensure:


• The item is unworn, unused, and in brand new condition.


• The packaging is intact (including the original box, accessories, tags, etc.).


• There is no man-made damage, scratches, or deformation.


Unsupported Items for Returns and Exchanges


• Jewelry that has been used or worn.


• Damage caused by personal reasons.


• For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue.


Return Costs


Quality issues / Wrong item sent: We will cover all return shipping costs.


Returns not due to quality issues (e.g., dislike, incorrect size, etc.):


The customer must bear the return shipping costs.


Exchange Policy


If you need to exchange for a different style or color, please contact customer service to confirm availability first.


Exchanges are only supported... Exchange for equivalent-priced items


If there is a price difference, a refund or supplement will be provided.


Return/Exchange Process


1. Contact customer service to submit an application (provide order number and a description of the problem).


2. After customer service approval, provide a return address.


3. Ship the item back and provide the tracking number.

• Refund will be returned to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.


• Exchange will be resent within 1–3 business days.

Please do not send the item back directly; unconfirmed returns may not be processed.


We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return the item.


If the returned item does not meet the requirements, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
